Voting Guide – Willow Awards

Voting Guidelines

If you are experiencing issues submitting your votes in the forms below, please email your numbers through our Contact form. Thank you!

Note: Any books with no votes will need a “0” placed into their entry box for the form to properly process.

Shining Willow

Saskatchewan children who have read or had read to them at least 5 of the 10 titles may vote once for their favourite title. Please complete the on-line voting summary form at the link below by March 31 each year.

Diamond Willow

Saskatchewan children who have read at least 4 of the 10 titles may vote once for their favourite title. Please complete the on-line voting summary form at the link below by March 31 each year.

Snow Willow

Saskatchewan young adults who have read at least 3 of the 10 titles may vote once for their favourite title. Please complete the on-line voting summary form at the link below by March 31 each year.

Library or school names may be published in SYRCA publications. Librarians or schools may be contacted concerning SYRCA – The Willow Awards.

Privacy Policy: SYRCA shall not use or disclose personal information for purposes other than that for which it was collected, except with the consent of the member/participant or as required by law. SYRCA shall retain personal information only as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes. The name, school, and city/town of winners may be published on the SYRCA website.
